Comparison between ChemiScope and X-Ray Film:
Cscope60 Series is able to detect far weaker signal and offer higher sensitivity and wider linear range During the same exposure time, with higher detecting sensitivity and wider linear range, Cscope 60 series imaging systems can detect the weaker signal, avoiding data loss due to underexposure or overexposure.

The face panel is one-step moulded with ABS material, lined with light-shielding aluminum sheet, and the case is formed with the material of stainless steel, ensuring the light tightness and anti-interference performance, and meanwhile guaranteeing the cabinet consistency and reliability.

Cscope60 Series Fluorescence/Chemiluminescence Imaging Systems have a variety of configurations and modules to meet different needs, and a future upgrade is available. Below modules are optional:
A. fluorescent module
With an 8-socket motorized filter wheel, it can carry up to 5 sets of fluorescence modules, and the excitation light source and filter are automatically matched.
B. UVSmartTM ultra-thin UV transilluminator
The“ no shadow” design makes the brightness and uniformity much better, and with the gel cutting protective device, it can prevent human body from UV damage.
C. blue LED sample tray/ white LED sample tray
The magnetic thimble interface and the touch light intensity adjustment brings an excellent operating experience.

Software
Image Capture Software
1. Expose accurately, one touch and shoot, and save automatically;
2. Accumulate images (1~99 frames) automatically and continuously and capture images in time series;
3. Take a Marker image and superimpose it with the chemiluminescence image;
4. Adopt pixel binning technology, including 1*1, 2*2, 3*3 and 4*4, to improve sensitivity and SBR;
5. Optimize the image, such as image rotation, cropping, invert color, etc.;
6. Navigate the image browsing by adjusting window width and position;
7. Save and read shooting parameters, avoiding repetitive settings during shooting.
Image Analysis Software
1. Automatically identify electrophoretic bands, and add, delete and adjust bands;
2. Automatically calculate the optical density integral value and display peak graph of each band;
3. Calculate the optical density of the designated area, suitable for protein quantitative anal ysis;
4. Automatically remove background signal value to get optimized image analysis data;
5. The color image synthesis function can display images of different palettes, and combine the fluorescence images of multiple lanes into color images according to the fluorescence emission spectrum;
6. The analysis result can export the designed area to Excel File.
