Brief Introduction
HEX06 Series Metallurgical Microscopes is designed for Material Science Research, with 6″ Stage, can be used to detect various types: semiconductor wafers, printed circuit boards, LCD liquid crystal displays, OLED flexible displays, mobile phone screens, PAD screens, various thin film materials, metal materials, rock mineral materials, etc.
The suitable stage size
HEX06 are equipped with 6-inch platform respectively. A wide variety of stage plug-ins are available for you to choose from. They are suitable for wafers of 200mm and below and larger FPD samples. It also comes standard with a fine-tuning handle and a mobile handle with a built-in clutch to facilitate quick positioning of samples.
Provide true color imaging
The HEX series is all equipped with an optional LED light source. LED lighting provides a constant color temperature and true color imaging at all brightness levels. In addition, LED has a long service life, low power consumption, and is easy to maintain in the future. It is an ideal microscope light source.
Brightness memory function
It can memorize the illumination brightness when using each objective lens. When different objective lenses are converted to each other, the light intensity is automatically adjusted to reduce visual fatigue and improve work efficiency.
Microscope status display function
The LCD screen at the front of the microscope can display the usage status of the microscope, including magnification, light intensity, color temperature, light source status, etc.
Break through the conventional light source conversion mode
Both the transmitted light source and the reflected light source are linked to the multi-function dial. Compared with the conventional push-button switching button, the light source rotates
